What we collect

Your email address, your password (hashed with Argon2id — we never see the plaintext), and, if you provide it, your nonprofit EIN. We log what grants you search for and save to your list.

Why

To provide grant matching and improve the service. Aggregated, anonymized search trends help us prioritize which grant data to add next.

How it's stored

Encrypted at rest. Grant data lives in a Neo4j database on a private network. User records live in a SQLite file on the same private network. Neither database is reachable from the public internet.

Who can access it

Our operator and the automated systems we run. Never sold to third parties. We do not rent, lease, or share individual user data with anyone.

B2B reports

We may publish aggregated, org-level reports to funders and researchers — for example, "how many small arts nonprofits in rural New York searched for general operating support this quarter." These reports never contain individual user data.

Cookies

Session cookies only. Strictly necessary for you to stay signed in. No tracking cookies. No third-party ad networks.

Analytics

Cloudflare Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data.

How to delete

Open Settings and click "Delete my account." Your record is removed immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days.
